What we collect. When you use our contact form or email us: your name, email, and, if you add them, your type of business, phone number and message.

Why. Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not fingerprint or identify you. We only see totals: page views, the site you came from, country, device type and page speed. We count completed enquiries as visits to our thank-you page. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

Who sees it. We never sell your data. We use providers for website hosting and analytics (Cloudflare) and for delivering form emails, who handle it only on our instructions. Some may process data outside the EU or UK under recognised safeguards.

How long. Up to 24 months after our last contact if we don't work together, or longer where tax or accounting law requires it for clients.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us; it's free. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the UK ICO or the Bulgarian CPDP.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies.
